  1. Xijiu baijiu The second tasting did not take my perplexity away neither... The nose detects herbal tones , mixed with some other sweeter fragrances. In the palate, some remote bean hints quickly hidden by a strong alcohol taste.Reply
  2. Xijiu baijiu I had a long hesitation before I could rate this baijiu. Something difficult to define, a nice smell, but without anything special, a nice taste, and that's it, without the fragrances explosions which are so characteristic of great baijiu. A nice finish, but not really special. The first impression is confirmed.Reply
  3. Xijiu baijiu The nose recognizes immediately the typical herbal smells. The taste is rather sweet, and reveals some floral hints. The finish is pleasant and lingering.  Reply
  4. Xijiu baijiu The pleasure from the first tasting remains unchanged for the second one. The balanced smell indicates sweet hints of fruit. A long loitering finish.Reply
