  1. Jian Nan Chun ChiewThe fruity nose is rather dry, despite some light vanilla hints on the background, which give it a nice complexity. In the palate, dry fruit dominates, with some slightly acid touches. The palate is less complex than the nose was and the too short finish remains on fruity background.
  2. Jian Nan Chun ChiewThe nose is rather fruity but marked by spice with on the background some herbal hints. In the palate, the fruit dominates in a whole which shows sometimes a lack at power. There is some bitterness as well. The finish is rather short and is marked by with pear notes.
  3. Jian Nan Chun ChiewFirst, a dominant fruity smell, (pineapple) with herbal hints. In the palate, this baijiu is very complex, with a interesting finish, rather short, dominated by sweet touches of fruits.
