On July 13, Cheng International, which is an importer and supplier of high-quality finest baijiu is introducing an online master class focusing on baijiu. The master class is a four-part series, which will launch in the UK, and will talk about China’s most celebrated spirit.
The class will be hosted via Zoom and Qiqi Chen, who is the managing director of Cheng International, will lead the class. The course is intended especially for those who are a part of the UK drinks trade.
Cheng International stated, “We are launching these events as we want more and more people to learn about baijiu and get an idea about how baijiu is made. We are doing our best in exploring the history of this liquor, which is inherent in Chinese drinking culture”.
The classes will also talk about how baijiu can match the collection of a retailer, who sells extraordinary spirits. In the class, Cheng will show how to make baijiu cocktails and also demonstrate how t0 pair baijiu with a huge variety of foods.

The second and the third class will discuss different aromas and styles of baijiu and will comprise of a coached class on how to drink baijiu.
The samples should be purchased in advance for these classes, which are available at a price and can be home delivered. For every sample bought, Cheng will donate £5 to ‘The Drinks Trust’.
The classes will be held in 2020 on July 13, 20, 27, and August 3, between 3:00 P.M to 3:40 P.M.
